We truly hope you are satisfied with your purchases. We are proud of our products and stand behind them. If you are not satisfied, please return the items to us in the same condition that they were received, accompanied by the receipt, within 30 days and we will provide you a refund. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
Fabric and Quilt Kits: Unless specified otherwise, email support@perfectly-pieced to request a refund within 7 days of receiving. Items can be returned if they are not washed, cut or altered in any way and are in new condition in original packaging as it was shipped.
T-shirt Quilts and Custom Quilt Making
T-Shirt Quilts: The customer understands that they are purchasing a t-shirt quilt made from their t-shirts. This t-shirt quilt making process expires 3 months after the customer makes the purchase. The purchase amount is refundable within a 2 month period and before the customer sends in their shirts. After the three month period expires, and the customer has not send their shirts in, the amount paid for the t-shirt quilt is NON-REFUNDABLE. If you need an extension, you can pay here
There are no returns or exchanges on any T-shirt quilts, memory quilts, memorial quilts or other quilts because of the nature of the service. We do not offer any returns once production is started. This is a custom made product and you will approve a layout prior to any sewing that is done. Once the approval is given and the quilt top is sewn, we cannot make any changes, additions or deletions. We have worked together on every step of the way with your quilt - Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. Please contact us if there are any issues that have arisen with your quilt and we will do our best to help solve the issue.
Long Arm Quilting Service: Although we guarantee you will love our services, we ask you to please keep in mind that we are human and we do make mistakes. If you are not happy with the results, let us know and we will do everything we can to make it right. We have worked together on every aspect of the finishing your quilt, your way and will always treat your quilt as our own. We take pride in our workmanship.
